Breakfast
This morning I had to wake up and make kulfi for my dad aaand while mixing up the ingredients, i definitely had to do a taste test. I'm just going to over estimate the calories for the taste test so somewhere between 50 and 100.
Then I had a bite of pizza :( so, anywhere from 25-50 additional calories
Breakfast is
1/2 cup of 2% milk - 60 cals
3/4 cup of cascadian farm organic dark chocolate almond granola cereal - 210
a sprinkling of hazelnuts - 100
Mint and pomegranate tea brewed in water, no sugar - 0
So far today's total is 550
Trying to stay between 1300 to 1700 daily, since at the gym I burn off about 500.
